Located in Kalkan Kördere, this luxury holiday villa has a capacity for 4 people with 2 suites (en suite) bedrooms. Our villa, which is located high at the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, has a magnificent panoramic view and you can see this view from every corner of the villa.
It has a very spacious environment with its 11 meter long and 4 meter wide swimming pool, 4 meter shallow pool and large areas. Our villa, which stands out with its modern architecture, has a remote-controlled ceiling window with retractable curtains in the living room. You can always see the stars from where you sit by opening this curtain in the evenings. A magnificent Mediterranean view will accompany you while you eat your meals on the pool terrace or in the dining room inside. On this floor, there is a teenager's bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, and there is a direct exit from this room to the pool terrace. On the second floor, reached by stairs, there is a master bedroom with a double bed. This room, also with a magnificent view, has a large size hot jacuzzi, bathroom, WC and a balcony. You can see the view uninterruptedly through the observation windows designed as full glass, and wake up to this view when you wake up in the morning. All the furniture, kitchenware, iron and hair dryer you need are available in our villa.
A large parking lot awaits you at the exterior of our villa. In addition, the green garden and barbecue are also within this area. Wifi Internet connection is available. Since there are no nearby buildings around the side of our villa, it is not visible from the surrounding area as precautions have been taken with iron shutters on the surrounding walls. The front side of the pool and pool terrace can optionally be opened and closed with a 90 cm high curtain system.
You can reach our villa, which is approximately 3 km away from Kalkan city center, in 5-7 minutes by car. A car is absolutely necessary as the area is generally hilly. Market, mosque, etc. for your daily needs are 1 km away.
