Villa Ortaç 1 is a 2-bedroom luxury rental villa for 5 people located in the Bezirgan region of Kalkan. The pool terrace is conservative and not visible from the outside. Our villa is one of our ideal options for those who want to have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday away from the noise of the city. For larger family and friend groups; It offers the opportunity to rent together with Ortaç 2, Ortaç 3 and Ortaç 4.

Living room: Designed as an American kitchen, there is a seating group, TV, dining table and air conditioning.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, pots, pans, glasses, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, dining table and chairs.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi and bathroom toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

Pool Dimensions; Width- 3.5 m | Length- 8 m | Depth- 1.50 cm

Deposit Procedure: According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, lost or broken items in the villa during use.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, new guest check-in time is 16.00 at noon and check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. You are kindly requested to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. There is a generator in our villa against possible power outages.
