Villa Şelale 1 is a stunning structure situated on the hills of Kalkan in the Kızıltaş area. The name of the villa, 'Şelale' means waterfall and is incorporated into its design. A flowing waterfall flows from the roof of the villa to the ground floor where it meets the large infinity pool, making this a truly unique place to holiday. The interior of the villa is open-plan, bright and spacious. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor are filled with light from a two-story window framing the flowing external waterfall feature. Large sliding doors open onto a large pool terrace with an infinity pool where guests can hear the sound of the water flowing from the waterfall. This terrace is ideal for enjoying a barbecue with wonderful sea and mountain views and ample space for dining, sunbathing or lying on the swing. The villa has 5 en suite bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 4 on the upper floors. A wrought iron spiral staircase connects the upper floors. The crown jewel of the villa is the master bedroom on the top floor, which opens onto incredible panoramic views from the roof terrace. There is a private pool and the source of the waterfall. Guests will have a magical stay at Villa Şelale-1.
This villa is located in Kızıltaş, just outside Kalkan city centre, on a steep road. The walk into Kalkan is pleasant, but the return journey uphill is more difficult. Guests may wish to rent a car or use the local taxi services (reasonably priced) to get back to the villa. Parking is available for guests wishing to rent a car.
