Villa Uğurlu Kışla is a sea view villa with a private pool located in Kalkan Kışla location. Our villa is 80 meters from the beach. It offers you a wonderful holiday opportunity with its extremely comfortable, luxurious and cozy interior design for large groups of friends and large families. Our villa has 4 floors and has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one WC. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and jacuzzi, and the second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom. Our villa, which has two living rooms, has a kitchen, seating area, air conditioning and television.
Indoor pool heating is chargeable. If heating is requested, the heating fee is 1.500 TL per day (may vary depending on the season) and is charged extra. Pool Heating fee is calculated for the day of stay. Our guests who want pool heating must contact the contact person 2 days before entering the villa.
